Kit Replacement Policy
Diagnostic testing kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
ELISA Technologies, Inc. stands behind the quality of all of our
testing kits, and will provide replacements in the event of
demonstrated kit failures or other error on our part. However,
we do not accept kit returns that result from customer ordering
errors, incorrect use of the kits, or reports of kit failure that
are not accompanied by data demonstrating the problem. In the
event of a verified kit failure, the customer will receive a
replacement kit or credit towards the future purchase of a testing
kit.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If external damage is
noticed, accept the shipment only after the driver has noted the
damage on both his and your copies of the delivery receipt and you
have requested an inspection by the carrier. If contents of the
package are damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department
at (352)337-3929 for product replacement.
