Finding Your Kit Lot Number
Whether you’re checking your current inventory, documenting testing information, or simply need to reference a specific kit lot, finding your lot number is easy. The lot number is included in several places throughout your kit packaging, making it convenient to locate whenever you need it.
Lot numbers can be found on the kit box, the foil pouch, and the packing list located on the outside of the shipping box.
For older kit lots, contact us directly. We have certificates available for every kit we have made, going all the way back to the beginning of 2008. If you have identified a gap in your records and don’t know which lot you had at a specific time, our records include the lot number and shipping date for each customer. Due to our accreditation to ISO 17025 as a testing laboratory, we maintain all records for at least seven years (and often much longer).
Our PTMSM certificate is accessible through the AOAC Research Institute. This certificate is updated annually since 2011, with the current certificate available here.
