IN FOOD SAFETY
ELISA Technologies’ testing lab is accredited to ISO 17025 by A2LA (Certificate # 2793.01). We offer in-house testing services for gluten, a variety of allergens, and species identification (cooked & raw). We offer a three-working-day turnaround time on results from the day after we receive a sample on most tests. Next-day rush may be available (inquire beforehand) for samples received before noon (EST).
Our support staff will post your test results to our online portal, accessible only by the listed contact person(s), as soon as the results are available from our laboratory. As per our confidentiality policy, we do not release your information or results to anyone other than you or your designee(s).

STEP 1
Download and fill the Allergen Request Form bellow. Include this form when you mail your sample.
STEP 2
Prepare ~100 grams of product in a sealed bag or commercial packaging for testing. ELISA Technologies, Inc. retains your sample for three months before being properly destroyed.
